Love & Logic Training

Love and Logic trainer and Highest Education Director, William Hurtado, spent time at Northwest Christian School training the staff on Love and Logic principles. Like most parochial and public schools, a mix of students attend–both good and some rough around the edges–giving recess supervisors, hallway monitors, and other staff a challenging experience keeping things orderly. Disrespect and a number of other issues can arise. What is the best approach to change the culture of the school in such a way that it keeps supervisors from becoming “drill sergeant” staff? That is the challenge that Love and Logic presents solutions for. While change is not easy, it begins with the principal being willing to support his staff with training and mentorship. Thank you, Northwest Christian School principal Craig Mattson for giving Highest Education an opportunity to partner with you in training!
