78th St Heritage Farm…

has a long history of farming and agricultural research that dates back to 165 when William and Sarah Anderson, some of hte early pioneers in the area acquired the land and established a dairy farm. It was placed on the Washington Historic Register in 2012 and the National Register of Historic Places and Clark County Historic Register in 2013.

Our Adventure Days group took a tour of the places of interest in the farm, then made our way to one of the buildings to create seed packets to give to farm participants.  It was a great day!
